Who You Are:
Front and centre at every great business is commercial. You’re a born sales-person, built for selling a vision, leading a team, and spotting opportunities that most people miss.
You’re excited by the idea of meeting customers, launching new products, expanding into new markets & raising capital. Maybe you’ve had a side hustle since you were 15, but you’ve definitely always had a strong interest in building something special from the ground-up.
Most importantly, you’re willing to get stuck-in where needed. Startups are glamorous in theory, but to be successful you require a mindset of moving fast, and doing whatever is required to get us to the next stage.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to have previous experience of starting a business, or 10/10 excel skills. What we are looking for is a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, an ability to problem-solve and a love for working in fast-paced environments.
This role will evolve all of the time, and you must have a willingness to figure-shit-out. If you’re looking for routine and one-to-one mentorship, this isn’t for you. But if you thrive in chaos, have a passion for startups and enjoy taking a project and running with it, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Work On:
Every great entrepreneur has a list of projects they don’t have time to work on, from personal branding ideas through to exploring new commercial avenues. You will lead out the exploration and execution of these projects.
Expect to take a raw idea and develop a full commercial plan for it.
Research the commercial viability of a project using advanced LLM’s and customer research.
Develop a robust go-to-market plan alongside experienced founders.
Pull on resources internally & externally to build a working product.
Gather feedback from customers and create a feedback loop with the product team to inform future product development.
